Swaps and time-off requests go through the app, not through messages at ten at night. fromStart

  • An employee proposes a swap or gives up a shift, a colleague takes it, and the manager approves with one tap.
  • The manager passes an unassigned shift to open shifts, and those interested get a notification.
  • A time-off request is made on the phone. Approved leave appears in the schedule straight away.
  • An employee reports “I can't do Tuesdays”, and the manager sees it before building the schedule.
  • An electronic sick note (e-ZLA) from ZUS, the Polish social insurance institution, removes that person from their shifts by itself, and the manager gets a notification.

A clock-in on the phone or at the kiosk appears next to the plan straight away. Entries that match the plan can approve themselves if you switch this on for the location. You check only the differences. Overtime follows from the working time standard and the schedule, and the night work premium is counted for every hour within the night hours set for your company. You get a notification about lateness or absence from a shift.

The schedule, requests, swaps, the app and payroll export are in the Start plan. Actual hours from the phone and kiosk, and summaries with the amount to pay, start in the Biznes plan. So one venue with a kiosk needs the Biznes plan.
