With a self-service start, yes: remote configuration and online training with an account manager, who stays with you after implementation. We quote separately an implementation that needs days at your premises, on-site training, an integration built for your systems or import from several systems. With a dozen or more locations, or in a business with many departments, this is usually the case: implementation is paid, and the training series is quoted separately. You get both amounts, listed separately, in the offer after one call. The call and the quote cost nothing.

From a few days in the trial to a few weeks with a dozen locations. A chain starts with a regional pilot for one quarter, and a large business with many departments takes months.

With a self-service start, data transfer is part of implementation and included in the price. Import from several systems is quoted together with implementation. Our tools make it quick and keep your work running. You choose the date.

We agree the contract term individually. After you cancel, for 30 days you can ask for an export of your data (CSV or XLSX), and after 60 days we delete it permanently. Details are in the Terms of Service.

Self-service sign-up gives you 21 days with no card. In offers for chains we agree a 30-day trial. A full regional pilot runs for one quarter and is a separate project, not an extended trial.

By Visa or Mastercard, by BLIK (Polish banks only) or by bank transfer. Online payments are handled by Stripe. Enterprise pays by bank transfer under the agreement.

$0.50 a month per employee, excluding VAT. Once enabled, it covers all employees of the company, so the whole team counts. It is an add-on to every plan, including Enterprise, and is added to the plan price as a separate item. The employee file is included in the 21-day trial.

Yes. Scheduling, time tracking, leave requests, location comparison and the mobile app work the same in any country, and the app is available in English. The Labour Code rules are configurable, and we can set them up individually for your company.

Prices are shown excluding VAT. For companies registered in the EU outside Poland the reverse charge applies, so we invoice without VAT and you account for it in your country. For companies outside the EU we invoice without VAT. Invoices are issued in USD or EUR.
