About us: who is behind the scheduling and time tracking software.

Software built in Poland by an in-house development team, for companies from one location to over 8,000 employees.

Proplanum is scheduling and time tracking software from Proplanum sp. z o.o. of Siedlce, Poland. We develop and implement it in Poland and are responsible for the data, stored in Microsoft Azure in the EU.

The systems companies have count hours after the fact. We wanted to see them earlier.

Wiktor GrabowiecCEO, Proplanum

We started with a simple question: why does a company see labour cost only in payroll, when the decision was made a month earlier, in the schedule? Payroll software counts hours without error, but after the fact.

So Proplanum works alongside the system you already have. The plan, actual hours and Labour Code rules are in one place, and payroll gets a finished result.

We do not build software for everything. We build one product for shift-based businesses and develop it with our customers, including the largest.

We adapt the software to your processes

An in-house development team lets us fit the software to how your organisation works, not the other way round.

Integrations built for your systems
